1. Sales  

Job responsibilities

- Responsible for increasing and developing sales to the assigned territories.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers 
- Cold calling customers to prospect new business. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Any additional duties as required. 

Required skills, knowledge and experience

- Post-Secondary Education in sales or business related discipline is an asset.
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience with track record in meeting/exceeding sales quota.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of Internet-based tools and Microsoft Office Software.


2. Technical Support Engineer

Job responsibilities

- Provide technical sales support in a pre-sales and pre-bid capacity
- Provide post-sales support in the implementation of the roll out of the software deployment
- Provide ongoing webinars and training for customers on the product
- Participate in defining product strategy and roadmap
- Ensure product supports Streamax’s overall strategy and goals

Required skills, knowledge and experience

- 4+ years in technical sales support. Product management and Project management experience is an asset
- Ability to lead without formal authority is a valuable asset.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma from an accredited college or university is desirable. 
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
